Application: This truck is mainly used for normal hot flushing and plug removal of oil wells, high-pressure well flushing and pressure testing, as well as collaborating in well repair operations by removing wax from pipes and rods. It can also be widely applied for heating various media, dredging and thawing ground pipelines, equipment cleaning and other various construction operations.

The working principle of the boiler truck: the water pump sucks water from the water tank and pumps it to the water inlet of the steam boiler; The fuel pump sucks oil from the fuel tank and pumps it into the boiler combustion system: the electrical system is turned on to discharge the high-voltage electrode and igniting the atomized fuel; The fan works and sends an appropriate amount of air to promote normal combustion. The heat generated by combustion is absorbed by the water entering the boiler coil, and the water is heated until it becomes saturated steam. Rated evaporation capacity of the vehicle-mounted boiler:
1000kg/h, rated working pressure: 5MPa, the maximum temperature can reach about: 200 ºC.
Based on the second-class chassis, the truck is refitted by adding platform, diesel engine, clutch, transmission, triplex cylinder plunger pump, water tank, truck-mounted special boiler, burner, air supply system, pump suction and discharge piping, boiler inlet and outlet pipelines, driving system, hydraulic system, air source system, control system and so on. The truck is mainly used for thermal washing and broken down of oil production well; high pressure well washing and pressure testing; paraffin removal of pipe and pole cooperate with workover operations. It's also widely used for heating other medium, unclogging and unfreezing surface pipeline and cleaning equipment and so on.
