Fluoroplastic centrifugal pump is divided into two types according to the design concept: lining fluorine centrifugal pump (heavy duty) and fluorine alloy centrifugal pump (light). The fluoroplastic centrifugal pump can withstand the corrosion of almost all medium. After selecting suitable mechanical seal, the fluoroplastic centrifugal pump can transport the corrosive medium or high risk chemicals between -20 C and -150 C. For example: hydrochloric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, hydrofluoric acid, concentrated nitric acid, three phosphorus oxychloride, phosphorus trichloride, caustic soda, calcium chloride and so on. • Product Introduction: 

  lined chemical pump is developed according to international standard. The pump casing is made of cast steel lined with PTFE (F46); cover, impeller and shaft sleeve are made of metal wrapped by PTFE( F46). We use the bellow type mechanical steel as the shaft seal, with 99% alumina ceramics ( or silicon nitride) statot and PTFE-packing rotator, to achieve good corrosive-resistant and seal. It has several advantages of strong mechanical robustness, hard aging, no toxin broken up, and strong corrosion resistance. It can deliver any concentrate organic acid, inorganic acid, or both mixed.

  Both the body and the pump cover are made of fluoroplastic lined with metal (HT200) matrix, and the impeller is made of fluoroplastic alloy with metal insert (WCB).

  Reliable mechanical seal:

  The shaft seal adopts advanced externally mounted bellows mechanical seal, the static ring is made of alumina (99.99%) ceramic, and the moving ring is made of tetrafluoride filling material (or other materials according to the user's special working conditions).
