Application of 22CBM 3 Axle Side Tipper Trailer
The tipper trailer generally transports bulk cargoes and materials. There are many types of tipper trailer. According to the hydraulic system, there are front tipping system, side tipping system, which make the tipper dumping in different direction. According to the tipper box shape, there are square shape and U shape. According to the no. of axles, there are 2 axle, 3 axle, 4 axle, 5 axle or 6 axle trailer. According to the payload, there are 30Tons, 40Tons, 60Ton or even 100Tons for your option.
Advantages of 22CBM 3 Axle Side Tipper Trailer
• Stable Lifting
The hydraulic lifting system consists of the hydraulic fuel tank, hydraulic pipes, multi-way valves and hydraulic cylinder. The side hydraulic cylinder will first open the side gate, the middle hydraulic cylinder will then lift and tip the box to the side for discharging and dumping.
• B Double Trailer
This tipper trailer could be designed as B trailer to couple with A trailer for road train. It is popular in Australia and America which allow the driving of road train.
