This instrument truck is modified from the Shaanxi Automobile SHACMAN SX1189XB1Z1 vehicle WP7.300E61 engine and is used to load petroleum fracturing instruments and auxiliary equipment. This instrument truck can control 24 fracturing trucks and monitor 4 sand mixing trucks.
Basic configuration
1. Automobile chassis: Mainly used to provide power, load and move related instruments and other related supporting equipment. According to the user's usage habits and the usage conditions of oil fields, the vehicle-mounted instrument truck chassis currently produced by our company is Shaanxi Automobile Chassis.
2. Car: It is fixed together with the car chassis frame through the frame. It is mainly used to install various working parts and provide a workplace for operators. The instrument box is an integral steel structure, and the frame is made of various metal profiles and The plate is blanked, bent, and welded. The outer skin is a 2.5 mm alloy rust-proof aluminum plate, which is riveted with butt seams; All metal profiles are selected from national standard products; The insulation layer is filled with 40mm polyurethane foam board; The interior of the box is made of high-quality 18mm multi-layer solid wood white leather grain board; Floor frame + 40mm polyurethane foam board filling + wooden board + plastic floor leather, polyurethane foam board fills the gap for reinforcement and sealing treatment. · You can freely choose imported diesel generators or external power supplies to supply power separately, or simultaneously to meet the needs of different types of electrical appliances.
Based on the second-class chassis, the truck is refitted by adding platform, diesel engine, clutch, transmission, triplex cylinder plunger pump, water tank, truck-mounted special boiler, burner, air supply system, pump suction and discharge piping, boiler inlet and outlet pipelines, driving system, hydraulic system, air source system, control system and so on. The truck is mainly used for thermal washing and broken down of oil production well; high pressure well washing and pressure testing; paraffin removal of pipe and pole cooperate with workover operations. It's also widely used for heating other medium, unclogging and unfreezing surface pipeline and cleaning equipment and so on.
