Concrete mixer truck consists of truck chassis and concrete mixing delivery device, mixing tank keeping rolling during the transportation process. It is special purpose vehicle that combines the functions of concrete mixing and delivery.

1)Drive system: The pump and motor adopt the products of American Eaton company and Germany rexler, the reducer is the product of Italy bonfeili, the rubber hose is Italian manuli, the joint is the product of Germany yi anbi and ningbo junren.The complete set of buckle equipment for the buckle tube is produced by O+P company in Italy, which ensures the reliability of the performance of the mixer.

 

2)Mixing barrel:Our company is based on the design of jidong mixing truck in Japan, and the European school of mixing tube short and thick in contrast, the Japanese school of mixing tube thin and long, and with a small cone of feed, more suitable for the transport of low collapse.,On the basis of in-depth and integrative research on theindustry, the Huayi new generation truck mixers are system optimized by taking the integrated modularization design totruly realize the integrated innovation.

Cement mixer truck (also called transit mixer, concrete transport truck, construction vehicle, mixer truck, cement mixer, cement mixer truck, concrete mixer truck, mixer truck, volumetric mixer truck, agitator truck) is made to transport and mix concrete up to the construction site.The concrete mixing transport truck maintains the material's liquid state through agitation, or turning of the drum, until delivery.



  

Product Parameter  

  We use OEM fittings, makes the tanker solid and durable, and reduce the cost to operate and maintain.
Other key parts of this transit concrete mixer include hydraulic system and mixing system. Hydraulic system can be equipped with oil pump and motor from either German Rexroth or Italy ARK, thus offering reliable performance. The decelerator acquired from Italy PMP or Italy TOPUNION offers a high reduction ration of 100-130. The mixer is able to offer a minimum charging speed of 3m³/min, and a minimum discharging speed of 2m³/min. This ensures high mixing efficiency. 
1. Drum use two cove floating type spiral blades, the discharging spiral angle rotates 75°, and reducing to 60° upto the pyramis at bottom of drum. This unique design greatly reducing the residual discharging ratio, almost zero. Inclination is between 12-15°, improving the high mixing efficiency. Also reduce the concrete impact which offers more resistance to extend the service life. The scraper plate which fitted at rear of the spiral blade ensure an assistance movement for better mixing.  
2. 350L large capacity water tank, compressed air form, high pressure and strong impulse to meet almost cleaning conditions.

 

Concrete mixer truck is a special truck used to transport concrete for construction; because of its shape, it is often referred to as a field snail truck.  These trucks are equipped with cylindrical mixing drums to carry mixed concrete. During transportation, the mixing drum will always be rotated to ensure that the concrete carried will not solidify.  After the concrete is transported, the inner part of the mixing drum is usually flushed with water to prevent the hardening of the concrete from occupying space, so that the volume of the mixing drum becomes smaller and smaller.
