This model is a National VI emission standard diesel command vehicle manufactured  with  the Sinotruk Sitrak ZZ5356V524MF1 special operation vehicle chassis, it is designed for on-site communication command and emergency dispatch, and is widely used in fire fighting, emergency rescue, security for major events, public security and other fields.

2. Monitoring & Dispatch: HD video monitoring system, multimedia dispatch platform, HD hybrid matrix, and central control display system, which can access real-time on-site data from vehicle-mounted cameras, individual soldier equipment, and mobile ball cameras;
3. Conference & Office: Dedicated video conference area with foldable conference tables/chairs, video wall and video consultation equipment, providing 25 conference seats to meet the needs of on-site command centers;
4. Power Supply Support: Vehicle-mounted ultra-quiet generator (fuel tank ≥150L, rated output 18kw), 10KVA UPS power supply system (220V AC, supporting equipment operation for ≥30 minutes), and accessible to commercial power 380V/220V;
5. Auxiliary Equipment: Roof foldable lifting lighting system, PTZ night vision camera; the vehicle body is equipped with red and blue strobe/flash warning lights; the vehicle interior includes broadcasting, alarm, lighting and camera systems;
6. Protective Structure: The top of the carriage is closed and non-openable with protective material Q235A; the rear protection has a section of 120×95(mm) and a ground clearance of 470mm; the side protection is skirt-type with a ground clearance of 485mm.
