The correct operation method of the HW80Q shaft power take-off: first put the transmission joystick in the neutral position, step on the clutch, turn on the power take-off switch, wait until the power take-off is in gear, slowly release the clutch, and the power take-off enters the working state. 1. When the power take-off is hung to the pump, the clutch must be pressed and paused for more than 5 seconds, so that the speed of the first shaft is about less than 100r/min, so that the gears can mesh smoothly and avoid hitting the teeth.
2. Remove the top cover and add oil until the oil overflows from the oil level hole or is in the middle of the oil core scale, and check the oil level height from time to time.
3. In colder places in winter, when parking and not in use, the residual water in the cooling pipe of the power take-off should be drained to avoid freezing and cracking the cooling water pipe, causing lubricating oil pollution and damaging the power take-off.
