multi-functional dust suppression vehicle include two parts: dust suppression spray device and low pressure flushing device.
1) Dust suppression spray device:
The closed hydraulic system is driven by the chassis full power take-off device. Thanks to the hydraulic system that directly drives the spray fan, the energy efficiency is high and the spray range is very long. The fan adopts alloy blades, and the fan has three levels silencers that make the working noise is low.
Standard devices include front duckbill flushing, cone hedging, rear sprinkler nozzle, remote water cannon, greening irrigation, pressure outlet interface, etc.
Automatic washing device is optional installed, which can move up and down, rotate around and change the shape of water column.
Vehicle application condition
1) Haze settlement operation
In condition of severe fog and haze in the air, water fog spray operations can be carried out in important areas such as main roads, squares, air quality monitoring points. Fine particles floating in the air could be absorbed by atomized droplets and they settle on the road surface. It can reduce the concentration of pollutants by more than 70% and significantly improve the air quality. Its horizontal spray distance is greater than 100m, and vertical spray height is greater than 30m.
2) In the places of demolition blasting, mine excavation crushing and other work occasions which produce a large amount of dust. In this way, large flow of atomized droplets can settle dust in real-time and large-scale, effectively preventing dust pollution diffusion.
3) Drug spraying operation
It can spray herbicides and insecticides on farmland, grassland and mountain forests, and disinfectant spraying on special sites such as landfills and epidemic prevention areas. Compared with traditional manual spraying, the operation efficiency is more than 100 times higher.
4) Road washing operation
The car is equipped with a front duck-billed washing device, a middle-cone hedging device and a rear sprinkler working device, which can replace a common cleaning car for road surface washing operation. Automatic washing device can also be optional selected to wash the road surface.
5) Long distance water cannon operation
A stainless steel long-range water cannon with an effective range of more than 38 meters and a flow rate of more than 800L/min that installed at the rear of vehicle, which can be used for many purposes, including auxiliary fire fighting, watering of garden greening belts, etc.
6) Other application
Customers can also use the fog spray fans and waterways flexibly according to local specific needs, so that new functions can be realized. For example, using spray device for dust removal and cleaning operations on roadside trees or green belts; in heavy snow weather, in order to prevent snow from breaking trees and blocking roads, we can use the high speed airflow generated by spray fans to blow up accumulated snow on trees.
