The BCZH-15 intelligent on-site mixed heavy ammonium oil explosive vehicle integrates the transportation, mixing and loading of raw materials.
It can mix pure emulsion explosives, ammonium oil explosives, heavy ammonium oil explosives of various proportions of 0-100 and 100-0, and heavy emulsion explosives of various proportions of 0-100 and 100-0 on-site. It is suitable for water-containing blastholes and in-hole charging in open-pit mines.
This vehicle is a multi-functional vehicle with good silo configuration performance.
It can mix and load 15t of heavy emulsion explosives, 15t of ammonium oil explosives, 15t of heavy ammonium oil explosives, and 15t of pure emulsion explosives on-site.
The advanced computer operating system can accurately load two different formulas of explosives in the same blasthole.
It has a safety guarantee system for over-temperature, over-pressure, and material shortage alarm shutdown, and the operation is safe and reliable.
