10cbm LPG Tank Truck Mobile Filling Station with Dispenser for Refilling Cylinders The core of the gas filling machine flowmeter is the Coriolis mass flowmeter, which calculates the mass flow by measuring the Coriolis force generated when the fluid flows through the vibrating tube. It has high accuracy and is not affected by temperature and pressure.
The standard connection method for a gas storage tank is bottom-in and top-out. Compressed air enters through the bottom air inlet, cools and settles inside the tank, and then exits through the top air outlet. This way, the gas is cleaner and can be cooled down at the same time.
When installing, pay attention to three points: the safety valve should face the direction where there is no one; reserve a good position for the bottom drain, and it is best to install an automatic drain; keep the pipeline as straight as possible and unobstructed. Installing in the wrong direction not only affects efficiency but may also cause safety hazards.
