The 30 ton mine sprinkler is mainly composed of water tank assembly, water system, gas path system, hydraulic system and electrical system. It is suitable for mine watering, spray, dust suppression, fire fighting, industrial water supply and so on. Heavy truck wide body mine warrior 6x4 chassis is adopted. The same train includes mine overlord sprinkler, Weichai mine sprinkler, Shaanqi mine sprinkler, X G mine sprinkler and Yutong mine sprinkler. It has a non wearing downhill auxiliary retarder with strong environmental adaptability, stable operation and high operation efficiency. The multi-functional sprinkler can fully meet the needs of optimizing the on-site working environment of large mines. Off highway mining fire truck tank

The front and rear heads are welded by national standard butt welding, mechanical folding, one-time pressing and forming, arc butt welding, with strong impact resistance and tensile force. 2. As the main body of the sprinkler tank body is a thin plate structure, and all unit parts are formed by cold stamping, it is easy to cause large rebound and excessive concentration of edge stress. If the tooling sequence is improperly selected, after spot welding, under the action of internal stress in welding, the thin plate may become unstable and produce wave deformation, affecting the shape and bearing capacity of the structure. Therefore, we adopt rigid fixed mould for point fixation, adopt reasonable tooling sequence and welding sequence, and pay attention to the size of point fixation weld. Practice has proved that the size of spot weld is 50 / 200mm. After adopting the above measures, the deformation of the formed tank body is small and meets the design requirements.

Anti corrosion and antirust treatment
The inside of the tank body is epoxy resin with a thickness of 120 microns for anti-corrosion (three times process), which not only has anti-corrosion effect, but also has the effects of anti-seepage and plugging. The outside is sprayed with iron red alkyd antirust paint, which has good adhesion, strong antirust ability, high hardness, elasticity, impact resistance and strong nitro resistance. The outer layer of the tank body can also be equipped with thermal insulation layer for hot water transportation.
