Kdfy series vacuum assisted trailer mobile pump station is a new structure product developed on the basis of repeated research on similar technologies at home and abroad. GB / T 5657-1995 standard and GB 147.1 national standard for engine shall be implemented. The pump set integrates self-priming and non clogging blowdown, adopts diesel engine driven axial return flow external mixing type, and through the unique design of pump body and impeller flow channel, it does not need to install bottom valve and fill water. The pump unit can absorb and discharge the liquid containing large particles of solid and long fiber impurities, which can be widely used in municipal sewage and waterlogging prevention projects, agricultural irrigation, etc. The pump group has the advantages of simple structure, good self-priming performance, strong sewage discharge capacity, high efficiency and energy saving, and convenient use and maintenance.

Working principle of the pump: there is a liquid storage cavity in the pump body, and through the upper return hole and The circulation hole below is connected with the pump working chamber to form the axial backflow external mixing system of the pump. After the pump stops working, there is a certain volume of liquid in the pump cavity. When the pump is started, the liquid in the pump is thrown up with air under the action of the impeller. The liquid flows back to the working chamber through the grid of gas-liquid separation pipe, and the gas is discharged out of the pump to form a certain vacuum degree in the pump To achieve the role of self-priming.
