The tank container is composed of the vessel under internal pressure and the frame made of square tube. The design, fabrication, inspection and acceptance are in accordance with ASME BPVC. -2017, ISO1496-3 Series 1 Freight Containers-Specification and testing-Part 3:Tank containers for liquids, gases and pressurized dry bulk and International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code. It is used for transporting Hydrofluoric acid (concentration (> 55%) or hydrochloric acid (< 38%)

T11/T14 ISO Tank Capacity 21000L 
The vessel is one of the most important components of the tank container. The material of shell and 
heads are SA-516 Gr.70/SA-516M Gr.485 carbon steel in ASME BPVC. Section II, Part A, 2017 Edition. The material of nozzles is SA-105/SA-105M forgings. A,B type butt-jointed seams with double-sided all-welded structure are qualified by 100% RT inspection. C,D type seams are qualified tested by 100%MT. The hydrostatic test shall be performed according to related standards after all welding work have been completed.


Hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid tank container belongs to the equipment that exerts significant influence on public security and therefore cannot be modified, added with accessories or filled excessively by user arbitrarily; media should be filled in and unloaded as per the operation regulations on the hydrofluoric acid filling and unloading prepared by the filling and unloading company as well as the regulations on equipment operation safety. Illegal operation is strongly prohibited; the quality of hydrofluoric acid filled must conform to the requirements of relevant standards.

The transport medium of the equipment is hydrofluoric acid and hydrochloric acid, so mixing with other media is strictly prohibited in the transport process.
Special tips: In order to ensure the quality of transport media, if hydrochloric acid is to be transported after unloading of hydrofluoric acid or hydrofluoric acid is to be transported after unloading of hydrochloric acid, the former medium must be cleaned and the tank and pipeline thoroughly cleaned and dried, and the latter medium can be transported after qualified.
