The truck is composed of an automotive chassis, a triplex plunger pump, a depressurizing system, a desander system, an inclined tube oil remover, a walnut shell filter, a fiber ball filter, an element bundle filter, high-pressure and low-pressure pipelines, an air circuit system, a hydraulic system, and an electronic control system.

Application: The truck is primarily used for clean-out services of water injection well in oil fields. It is capable of adapting to various working conditions for high-pressure liquid pumping operations, small-scale hydraulic sand blasting, water injection and air bleeding, as well as oilfield sewage treatment. It can also be used for high-pressure well flushing, pressure testing, or large-displacement fluid pumping.

Product features: It has a high degree of integration, equipped with a triplex plunger pump, a water treatment system, and other devices. During operation, it can execute a self-circulating high-pressure water cleaning process, effectively removing sand, oil, and impurities. This makes it an ideal choice for well-flushing operations in oilfields.

3. Five-level purified water treatment system (sand removal, oil removal, primary filtration, secondary filtration, and tertiary filtration).
4. The agitator of the material filter is driven by hydraulic pressure.
5. The maximum working pressure is 40 MPa, and the maximum working flow rate is 80 m³/h. The water treatment equipment has a capacity of 0.6 MPa - 30 m³/h.
6. 10" LCD touch screen (Kunteng) + PLC (Siemens, Germany), monitoring well pressure and return water pressure, well flow rate and return water flow rate, pre-treatment water quality (suspended solids) and post-treatment water quality (suspended solids), displaying the pressure curve of construction operations, with overpressure alarm protection function and data storage/download function.Oilfield special operation vehicle, equipped with three-cylinder plunger pump, inclined plate oil remover and material filter, is mainly used for washing water injection wells in oilfield.

There are currently two types of well flushing methods for water injection wells:

One is that during the productivity construction of the oilfield, the water injection system pipeline network includes water injection process and well flushing process (water injection pipeline and return pipeline), while the well-flushing of the water injection well adopts the process of well flushing.
Another one is to use a mobile well-flushing truck if there are no conditions for process of well washing. Our company is developing and promoting this mobile, enclosed, circulating, and environmentally friendly well-flushing method.It uses injected water as the flushing medium, which is first purified by the flushing equipment in a reverse flow, and then pumped into the wellbore through the automatic switching manifold through the flushing equipment circulation system before returning to the flushing equipment. The purpose of flushing the well is achieved through multiple cycles. Well Washing Truck Main technical parameter:
