The vehicle comprises automobile chassis, diesel engines (two), gearboxes (two), three-cylinder plunger pumps (two), electronic control system and its auxiliary system, etc.
The vehicle is primarily employed for fracturing, water injection and sand control operations in oil and gas fields. The equipment is capable of adapting to high-pressure liquid pumping construction, hydraulic sandblasting, high-pressure hydraulic coal mining in coal mines, water injection and exhaust, and high-pressure hydraulic rust removal of ships under various working conditions. It can also be utilized for high-pressure well washing, pressure testing or large-displacement fluid pumping operations.
Main configuration of the equipment:
1. Shaanxi Automobile SX5419TXJMC6Z1 chassis, Delonghi M3000 platform cab, 8x4 drive, meeting National VI emission standards.
2. Weifang 610HP diesel engine.
3. Allison gearbox or Kaixing gearbox.
4. 3ZB-500 three-cylinder plunger pump.
5. The maximum pressure of the equipment amounts to 70MPa, and the maximum flow rate is 2 × 1000 L/min.
6. 12" LCD touch screen (Quantum) + PLC (Siemens, Germany), which monitors the pressure and flow rate in the well, displays the pressure warp alarm protection function and data storage/download of construction operations load function.

  Acid Fracturing Pump Truck for Oilfield composed of special components such as an automobile chassis, a diesel engine, a torque converter, a fracturing pump, lubricating and cooling systems, and a remote intelligent control system. 

Application: It is mainly employed for fracturing, water injection, acidification, and other construction operations related to oil and gas wells. It supports both standalone and online operations and enables remote control and operation.

Product features: It is driven by a diesel engine installed on the platform, equipped with a high-pressure plunger pump, a high-pressure manifold, and an electronic control system. The maximum working pressure is 105 MPa, with a power range of 1200 HP to 1800 HP. It features a ring network electronic control system and is capable of remote connection, being able to control up to 8 units simultaneously, with a maximum control distance of 50 m. It is accompanied by a portable remote control box and a wire roller.
