The power output is provided by the pot installed at the power output end of the automobile engine. The pot output gear directly drives the sprinkler hydraulic pump to make the pressure oil flow through the pilot overflow valve, hydraulic control one-way valve and push the hydraulic motor. Therefore, we adopt rigid fixed mould for point fixation, adopt reasonable tooling sequence and welding sequence, and pay attention to the size of point fixation weld. Practice has proved that the size of spot weld is 50 / 200mm. After adopting the above measures, the deformation of the formed tank body is small and meets the design requirements.

Anti corrosion and antirust treatment
The inside of the tank body is epoxy resin with a thickness of 120 microns for anti-corrosion (three times process), which not only has anti-corrosion effect, but also has the effects of anti-seepage and plugging. The outside is sprayed with iron red alkyd antirust paint, which has good adhesion, strong antirust ability, high hardness, elasticity, impact resistance and strong nitro resistance. The outer layer of the tank body can also be equipped with thermal insulation layer for hot water transportation.
