Carbon Dioxide Filling Machine GTM-B Operation And Use Process Manuals  Operation process
1. Open the package and check the accessories
2. Connect the power cord, the connection line between the devices
3. Prepare the equipment and connect the cable. It is recommended to connect and place in this way as photo.
4. Open the upper cover of the refrigeration cabinet. Be sure to open it slowly. Pay attention not to break the connecting wire inside. Then add antifreeze into the inside. The liquid level can be seen at the back of the machine. Add it to the specified position.
Note: Do Not Break The Inner Connecting Wire
5. Set the heating temperature, which is used to heat the temperature of the water tank of the air source bottle. Heating the air source bottle helps to increase the pressure of the air source and the filling speed, as shown in the figure
To set the timing, adjust the button from position 1 to position 2, and then turn the right knob to increase the temperature clockwise and decrease the temperature by turning it anticlockwise. It is recommended to set the temperature about 45 degrees. After the temperature is set, adjust the setting button from 2 to 1.
6. Set the refrigeration temperature. After heating the air source bottle, the pressure will rise to drive carbon dioxide into the refrigerator. After entering the refrigerator, the pressure will be reduced, resulting in pressure difference, which is helpful for carbon dioxide filling. It is suggested that the refrigeration temperature should be set from 0 ºC to - 5 ºC.
7. The most Important -difficult part is to set the filling weight
(1)First, mark 1234 key in the electronic meter from left to right
(2) Click the "1" key and 0.000 will appear directly
(3) Click "4", and the L value setting will appear directly
(4)Click "3" key, light move left and right, you can choose to change the position of the number, the position that needs to be changed is the adjustment position
(5) Click key "2" to cycle up and down, set the weight to be filled, and number up and down circulation.
(6) According to the customer's different needs, through the 2 and 3 keys, left and right shift, up and down shift to adjust the position of the decimal point and the size of the number, left and right cycle, up and down cycle to complete the target weight setting. Then click 4 to save the set weight. After setting the weight, when filling the fire extinguisher in the future, the filling will stop automatically at this weight.
8.Prepare to start filling. After the heating temperature reaches the set temperature and the refrigeration temperature reaches the set temperature, start filling.
8.1 Open The Air Source Bottle
8.2 Open the inflation valve connected to the fire extinguisher and let the air in the machine be discharged from the inflation nozzle until the white fog is carbon dioxide. Close the inflation valve, add the fire extinguisher, press down the valve handle of the fire extinguisher, fix it, and then put it on the electronic scale for filling.
8.3 After connecting the fire extinguisher Put it to the electronic scale, click the   "1" key on the display to remove the net weight and clear to zero, then prepare to fill.
Click the filling on button, and the machine will automatically fill carbon dioxide. 5. An empty fire extinguisher cylinder is placed under the filter barrel. The bottle mouth of the fire extinguisher is connected and sealed by lifting the filter barrel by lifting the hand wheel. The function is to recover the dry powder dispersed during the filling process, so that there is no dust floating during vacuum filling.
6. Connect the front filling end cover of the filling machine
Two powder feeding pipes, one for use and one for standby, should be one by one corresponding to the position of the powder feeding pipe on the back of the powder feeder. Turn on the mechanical main power switch after connection.
7. The most important -difficult part is to set the filling weight
(1) First, mark 1234 key in the electronic meter from left to right

(5) Click the 2 key and 1 will appear directly
(6)Click key 4. This operation is very important. At this time, the target weight value to be filled is officially set, which is also the dividing line of the operation setting weight. The steps before this operation are fixed. You must operate in this way. After this interface appears, the operation will adjust itself according to the required weight. (7)Next, it is more flexible to set the target filling weight. According to the customer's different needs, the position of the decimal point and the size of the number can be adjusted by shifting from left to right, up and down according to the customer's different needs, and the target weight can be set through the left and right circulation, up and down circulation.

(8)After setting the target weight, continue to click 4 to save. This operation is saved as permanent until the next time you modify the set weight.

9. Officially start filling operation

(1)Step 1: click the button "Machine Running"
(2) In the second step, click the"Filling Start" button to start the automatic powder suction and filling, and the filling stops automatically when the filling reaches the set target filling weight.
(3) After the automatic filling stops, take down the filling end cover on the fire extinguisher, remove the filled fire extinguisher, replace the empty bottle of the fire extinguisher with a new one, cover the end cover, and continue to click the "Filling Start" button to continue filling, and repeat the operation.

10. Equipment maintenance and pipeline cleaning process
When it is found that the filling speed slows down during the filling process, or after continuous filling of 30 kg dry powder (about 7 pcs 4kg dry powder fire extinguishers), clean the whole pipeline of the equipment.

The specific operation process is as follows:

(1)Manually close the valve of powder feeding pipeline
(2) Turn the right most knob on the front of the powder feeder from "FILLING" indicator key to "CLEANING" indicator key, and the cleaning indicator light is on at the same time.
(3) This equipment is an automatic cleaning device. It should be cleaned once every 3-4 seconds. It is recommended to clean it two or three times.
(4) After cleaning, turn the "CLEANING" indicator key to "FILLING" indicator key, and open the powder feeding pipeline valve to continue the filling and powder filling operation procedure.
