Basic configuration

2. Car: It is fixed together with the car chassis frame through the frame. It is mainly used to install various working parts and provide a workplace for operators. The instrument box is an integral steel structure, and the frame is made of various metal profiles and The plate is blanked, bent, and welded. The outer skin is a 2.5 mm alloy rust-proof aluminum plate, which is riveted with butt seams; All metal profiles are selected from national standard products; The insulation layer is filled with 40mm polyurethane foam board; The interior of the box is made of high-quality 18mm multi-layer solid wood white leather grain board; Floor frame + 40mm polyurethane foam board filling + wooden board + plastic floor leather, polyurethane foam board fills the gap for reinforcement and sealing treatment.
