Oilfield Petroleum Multi-Functional Well Logging Truck Mounted 14T Crane Slickline Unit 7500m
YCGB600 type reducer has three forward and reverse gears: high, medium and low. Shifting is performed manually and pneumatically. The pneumatic directional valve control handle is installed on the operation panel, and the relationship between the handle position and the gear is displayed on the panel. The pneumatic directional valve control handle has three positions. When shifting gears, the winch must be completely stationary, and the drum brake handle should be tightened to prevent the cable and instruments from sliding down. When shifting gears beyond the position, do not push (pull) the handle in place at one time; stop at the middle position for a moment before pushing (pulling) to the desired upper (lower) position.
Winch Working System
It is mainly composed of a winch drum and a bracket. Its main function is to wind the logging cable and steel wire. Through the forward and reverse rotation of the hydraulic motor and the deceleration and torque increase of the three-speed reducer, the forward and reverse rotation of the drum is realized to ensure that the logging truck lifts and lowers the cable at different speeds; the drum is made of non-magnetic steel to ensure that the logging and perforation curves are not disturbed.
Crane
For the operation, maintenance and upkeep of the on-board crane, please refer to the "Straight Boom Crane Manual". The parameters are as follows:

The truck-mounted crane is set in the center at the rear end of the truck, and the center of gravity of the whole truck is maintained on the center line. So the driving safety can be guaranteed. The installed 13T crane is equipped with H-type four outriggers. This truck will be able to meet well testing requirements of the working range and working height in various areas. The power unit and winch unit of this equipment are independently and standardizedly designed for interchangeable use among multiple sets. The two units can be tested on the vehicle platform and also be lifted as a whole onto the ground to complete testing operations.The pumps, motors and reducers of truck's transmission system are all imported brands, and the metering system adopts the one from international famous brand. This derrick truck is suitable for high-speed jolting operations in gas wells, slick line pressure testing in water wells, and other pulling and running operations.
Based on the second-class chassis, the truck is refitted by adding platform, diesel engine, clutch, transmission, triplex cylinder plunger pump, water tank, truck-mounted special boiler, burner, air supply system, pump suction and discharge piping, boiler inlet and outlet pipelines, driving system, hydraulic system, air source system, control system and so on.
