Customize SHACMAN Oilfield Petroleum Equipment Vehicle Service Hydraulic Fracturing Trucks
Acid Fracturing Pump Truck for Oilfield composed of special components such as an automobile chassis, a diesel engine, a torque converter, a fracturing pump, lubricating and cooling systems, and a remote intelligent control system.
Application: It is mainly employed for fracturing, water injection, acidification, and other construction operations related to oil and gas wells. It supports both standalone and online operations and enables remote control and operation.
Product features: It is driven by a diesel engine installed on the platform, equipped with a high-pressure plunger pump, a high-pressure manifold, and an electronic control system. The maximum working pressure is 105 MPa, with a power range of 1200 HP to 1800 HP. It features a ring network electronic control system and is capable of remote connection, being able to control up to 8 units simultaneously, with a maximum control distance of 50 m. It is accompanied by a portable remote control box and a wire roller.
Main Configurations:
1. Shacman 8×4 special automotive chassis (China V emission standard).
2. Cummin 1800 hP diesel engine
3. 1800 fracturing pump, with plunger diameters of 4" and 4.5" or 5", meeting various construction parameter requirements.
4. It has a maximum working pressure of 105 MPa and a maximum working displacement of 100 m3/h.
5. It utilizes the remote intelligent control system to ensure safe and efficient fracturing operations.
