1. Box body
The car body is welded with special-shaped steel pipe as the skeleton, and the anti-corrosion treatment is carried out after the skeleton is welded.The outer panel of the compartment is bonded with the frame with an aluminum plate;The car body is decorated with stainless steel plate.Polyurethane thermal insulation and flame retardant thermal insulation layer are designed between the inner and outer plates.The floor in the compartment is made of aluminum alloy checkered plate and sealed with sealant (see 4.1 reference Figure).

The car body is fixed on the vehicle chassis with through bolts.Four manual support legs are installed on the vehicle chassis, which can level the vehicle body when the vehicle is parked.
2. Oil circuit system
The oil circuit system consists of an outer oil tank, a diesel filter, an oil pump, an inner oil tank, a burner, etc. the fuel is filled from the stove oil tank outside the vehicle and injected into the inner oil tank through the diesel filter and oil pump.Open the oil inlet valve of the burner, and the fuel oil flows through the filter and into the burner under the action of the burner oil pump. When the burner works, the return oil circulates in the pipeline (see 4.2 reference Figure).

3. Waterway system
The waterway system consists of water tank, water pump, valve and pipeline (see 4.3 reference diagram).The pipeline is wrapped with polyurethane insulation layer, and the water tank is equipped with electric heating device to prevent the pipeline and water tank from freezing.

When adding water, use the external water pipe attached to the vehicle to connect to the water inlet, and inject it into the water tank through tap water (or water pump);When the water in the water tank is exhausted, tap water can be directly supplied to each tap through the tap water inlet (at this time, tap water does not pass through the water tank);The drainage is collected into the sewage tank through the drainage pipe, the sewage discharge pipe is connected to the sewage discharge outlet of the sewage tank, and the sewage discharge valve is opened to discharge the sewage to the specified position.

4. Electrical system
The wiring of the electrical system of the whole vehicle is hidden, and all wire holes are effectively protected by special wire hole protective rubber rings.The through-line hole outside the vehicle shall be effectively sealed with special automobile sealant.
The power supply system of the whole vehicle adopts two modes: general generator and external mains power supply.Set overvoltage, overcurrent, power lightning protection and grounding protection devices.
5.Camera system
★ install special on-board camera and provide dc8-24v power supply.The test report of the third party independent organization must be provided in the tender document to prove that the equipment submitted has passed the national gb16796-2009 safety protection standard and Q / rds001-2012 infrared standard.
The Seller shall provide the after-sales commitment for 2-year extended warranty (copy with the bidder's official seal).
Function Description: it shall include the functions of driving record, monitoring system, cabin camera system and reversing visual system.
6. Appearance
The vehicle color adopts warning white as the background color, equipped with 2004 warning signs, and text words are sprayed on the left and right sides of the vehicle body according to the user's requirements.
