Functional purpose

Mud treatment trucks can effectively treat sludge and mud generated in construction projects, sewer cleaning, and other projects

Good treatment, including sewage from septic tanks, can also be effectively treated.

Plate and frame pressure filtration system: 263 square meter plate and frame pressure filtration machine, main hydraulic station 7.5kw, pulling plate motor 1.5kw, conveyor belt nitrile rubber, power 4kw.

The movable buckle plate on the top of the carriage is convenient for the operation of the plate and frame filter press. The injection pump is 37kw, and the front 2 cubic stainless steel mixing box is double stirred. The 500 liter stainless steel flocculation tank can be connected to an external power supply in the distribution cabinet.

Sewage pumping operation system: 7.5kw or 11kw mud pump, 1.1kW water pump, 1.5kW dosing pump. The filtered water can be pumped to the mixing tank and clean water tank for recycling through the water pump. There are 4 sewage suction pipes, each of which is 6 meters long, and the mud cake can be compressed by about 5 cubic meters per hour, with a water content of about 60%.
