2,Main performance

1, composition
The chassis of xc250 cooking Trailer consists of suspension system, braking system, traction system, front guide wheel, support leg and other main components.
2. Usage of each department
1) suspension system
Add calcium base lubricating oil every 3000km.
2) brake system
The service braking effect depends on the adjustment of the brake clearance. You can turn the wheel by hand. Slight friction between shoe and hub is allowed;
Note: the wear of brake shoe shall not be more than 0.3mm,
3) traction system
When the cooking trailer is towed, the height of the drawbar shall be kept consistent with the height of the drawbar of the tractor, and the drawbar and the whole cooking Trailer shall be adjusted to the level to make the ground clearance between the front and back of the cooking Trailer approximately equal;
4) front guide wheel
There are two main functions of the front guide wheel: one is to support the cooking trailer when it parks, and the other is to guide the cooking trailer when it moves in non traction state.
5) support leg
When operating the support leg, open four side box doors, take out the handle from the side box door, release the movable support frame with the handle, lift the handle to pull out the movable support and put it on the fixed support. Generally, it should be placed on the position of the third gear (the position of the lowest gear), and then adjust the height of the support leg with the handle to support the body and adjust the plane of the stove.
When retracting the support legs, operate in the reverse order.
Note: before driving, the support legs must be folded up and the movable support frame must be locked and fixed with a rocker.
Two, tent
The tent is mainly composed of tent framework, roof, canopy, support, spare wheel bag and locking device. The awning bag is equipped with awning, curtain, white lining cloth, pile bag, etc.
1. Tent deployment
(1) open all the buckles at the four corner awnings;
(2) at the same time of pulling the front and rear awning frame, the front and rear awning will be automatically supported after the front and rear awning are lifted to a certain height with force;
(3) pull out the locking pin inside the left and right side awning frame, and lift the left and right side awning to a certain height with force, it will support automatically;
(4) lift the buckle belt of the canopy;
(5) unfold the left and right awning, hang the hooks on the awning on the wire ropes on the four side awning frames, fasten the buckle connecting the awning and the roof, and fasten the awning curtains;
(6) at a place of 1.5m around the cooking trailer, 18 pile hooks shall be evenly driven down, and the canopy shall be tensioned with the pull rope;
(7) spread out the lower part of the canopy and press it with soil or stone. In rainy days, the drainage ditch should also be dug;
(8) hang the curtain at the back of the cooking Trailer.
2. Tent closing
The collapse procedure is the reverse of the unfold procedure.
If the pneumatic spring loses its function, it can be temporarily replaced by the auxiliary support plate in the vehicle.
matters needing attention:
1) in any case, it is forbidden to climb the air spring by hand;
2) in case of strong wind (or air spring damage), auxiliary support shall be used to prevent the tent from sliding automatically;
3) the tent cloth shall not contact with hard objects to prevent wear and tear.
