The winch can be optionally configured with dual coaxial reels or single reel made of anti-magnetic steel and a fully hydraulic or chain driven transmission system. The superstructure features robust design with aluminum alloy frames, straight-grain stainless steel plates and sandblasted aluminum alloy plates that are welded together. The operator cabin is insulated on all six sides and equipped with a top- mounted heating and air conditioning system for a comfortable working environment. The exterior is coated with imported DuPont paint, ensuring a durable and sound appearance even in harsh conditions. This vehicle is indeed designed to provide an ideal solution for oil well logging applications.

1. The loading chassis is selected to meet the European emission standards. The product technology is advanced, the performance is excellent, and it has excellent power, fuel economy and handling stability, providing reliable power for the winch.

2. The hydraulic system of the drawworks adopts imported pumps and motors, and adopts a closed hydraulic system. The oil pump control adopts an electric proportional control method, which can realize stepless speed regulation of the drum, flexible and convenient operation, and has good operating performance.
3. It is designed with a cable oil spraying device, which can spray lubricating oil to the cable, prevent and reduce the wear and rust of the cable, and prolong the service life of the cable.

4. The air control valve adopts imported products, which enhances the reliability of operation. The operating room adopts a sealed and heat-insulated structure, and is equipped with two two-way heating and cooling imported air conditioners to ensure that the instrument and operators can always be in a good working environment.

5. The winch circuit system is also equipped with 220V external power supply leads to improve the performance of the equipment. The external power supply cable is retracted by the winding wheel, which is convenient and flexible.

The alarm load during lifting can be set by the operator according to the actual situation. At the same time, it has the alarm function when the downhole instrument reaches the predetermined depth and when it is lifted to 100m from the wellhead.

3. The operation cabin has a large space, and the data acquisition and processing system can be installed to realize the installation of instruments and winches in one vehicle.

4. The equipment is equipped with a one-way 220V, 50Hz generator set with a maximum power of 5KW or 10KW. It is also equipped with an external power socket, and an external power supply can be used when conditions permit.
